What we store

Your account (email, display name, time zone), your wallet and token history, your chats, and the photos, sites, avatars and films you create. Published sites and avatars are public by design; everything else is private to your account.

Buyers who use your pages

When a visitor books a tour or asks a question on one of your sites, we store their name, contact details, preferred time and message for you, and send them to you by email. Their questions are answered from your listing details only.

Providers

To make your content we send it to the providers that do the work — for example the AI models that write, speak and render video, our payment processor for top-ups, and our email service for notifications. Payment card details never touch Pazzl; they go directly to the processor.

Your choices

You can unpublish a site or avatar at any time, delete chats, and ask us to delete your account and its content. Unused funds are refundable on request.
